WHAT SHIPPING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER?
By Air: We offer Blue Dart Air delivery which reaches metros within 2 days and most other cities within 4 days. Air Shipping is default option for orders under 1000. There is an extra charge for Bluedart Air shipping, which will be mentioned during checkout depending on your pin code and the weight of your order. If Bluedart is not available for your pin code, we will send it by Delhivery Air.
By Surface: For orders over ₹2000, we offer free standard shipping by surface through couriers like Delhivery. Orders below ₹2000 have a standard charge of ₹100.
Free Store Pickup (Lower Parel East, Mumbai): We no longer offer same day shipping in Mumbai. Instead, you can choose the free Store Pickup option while checking out and send your own wefast/dunzo/courier to pick up your order between 11AM and 5PM on working days. Your orders will be ready within 30 mins of placing your order on a working day.
Once an order is paid for, it cannot be cancelled.
Goods once sold will not be returned, exchanged or refunded.
Colours on screen may vary from the actual product. If you are not sure about the colour or quality, please order a sample before ordering your product.
In case one of the products from your order is out of stock, we will get in touch with you to edit/refund the order.

Since we already offer wholesale prices, we don't have any discounts.
We do have a membership program, which gives you a 10% discount on all online purchases for one year. Visit the discounts page for more details.
CAN I ADD MY GST DETAILS WHEN PLACING AN ORDER?
Yes. You can enter your company name & GST number in the shopping cart before checkout and it will reflect in your invoice.
HOW MUCH GST IS LEVIED ON THE PRODUCTS?
5% GST is levied per HSN Code 58063200.
WHAT IF A PART OF MY ORDER IS OUT OF STOCK AFTER I HAVE PLACED THE ORDER?
In the event of an ordered product being out of stock, we will get in touch with you to delay/edit/refund your order.
