Shipping policy

By Air: We offer Blue Dart Air delivery which reaches metros within 2 days and most other cities within 4 days. Air Shipping is default option for orders under 1000. There is an extra charge for Bluedart Air shipping, which will be mentioned during checkout depending on your pin code and the weight of your order. If Bluedart is not available for your pin code, we will send it by Delhivery Air.

By Surface: For orders over ₹2000, we offer free standard shipping by surface through couriers like Delhivery. Orders below ₹2000 have a standard charge of ₹100.

Free Store Pickup (Lower Parel East, Mumbai): We no longer offer same day shipping in Mumbai. Instead, you can choose the free Store Pickup option while checking out and send your own wefast/dunzo/courier to pick up your order between 11AM and 5PM on working days. Your orders will be ready within 30 mins of placing your order on a working day.

Orders placed before 11:00 AM will generally be dispatched the same day. (For information only, no guarantee)

The delivery time differs from place to place. (Delivery time varies from 1 day in Mumbai to 12 days in the northeast) An average delivery time will be shown to you at checkout. This is an approximation.

We do not guarantee any delivery date. While calculating business days, please note that we are not operational on Sundays and public holidays.
